Rates for 2010 and 2011

 

Low Season - April 1 to October 31
$150 USD per night, 4 night minimum; $900 USD per week (Every 7th night is free, making nightly rate $128.57)

 

High Season - November 1 to March 31
$200 USD per night, 4 night minimum; $1200 USD per week (Every 7th night is free, making nightly rate $171.85)

 

Holidays
$225 USD per night, 4 night minimum; $1350 USD per week (Every 7th night is free, making nightly rate $192.85)

 

Holiday rates apply to Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years including one week before and one week following the calendar date of the holiday.

 

We can negotiate discounts with additional terms for stays longer than two weeks. 

 

Daily maid service is not included, but may be available at an extra cost and should be arranged before arrival. Maximum occupancy 4 adults. Children under 12 not allowed. Smoking allowed in interior courtyard or garden area only. Casa del Panadero cannot accommodate pets.

 

Cleaning and Security Deposit
A $400 refundable deposit is due at the same
time as the final balance payment. This deposit
covers the replacement of lost and/or damaged
items (inventoried by the property manager),
and excessive damage or wear to linens and/or

upholstered furniture. Normally the Cleaning

and Security deposit will be refunded within

five (5) days of your departure.
